As an opportunity has Shown, to gather at Nari Sanctuary in Spring 2025, Pema invites you to this years Women’s Retreat.

We will be opening and deepening in the Soft and Caring space of the Feminine essence, pleasure and nurture. In this intimate space we will play and explore, tending the deepest vulnerability and Feminine Souls nakedness. 

With play in movement, conversation and nature, we will explore the Wisdom-body, Wellness and Womanhood – to the point of blossoming in ways, where pleasure and power come together into our Deepest Relaxation and Finest Delicacy. 

Accommodation is limited, as we will be in the caretaker-house. 4 rooms are available for 2 people in each room. Accommodation beyond Nari’s space is also possible – such organisation will take place during the booking-period, should we run out of beds.

The sessions will take place partially in the hall and partially in the house’s main-room.

Food is additional to the price of participation and paid in the end of the retreat. Cooking (lunch and dinner) is handled between all participants – in rotation and preplanned. Easy and healthy dishes. Breakfast is self-brought and -administered.

18th Mar: Arrival 10-13.30. First session starts at 15:00 (staying a few days in advance is possible). 
23rd Mar: Departure: Last session ends at 16:00.

Includes:

The deposit is 100 EUR (750 DKK), paid on booking and non-refundable. The rest is exchanged at arrival for the retreat. Booking takes place via booking and making your deposit – via this product.

Important Information on Retreats at Nari Sanctuary

Transportation

The nearest airport is Copenhagen airport. Public transportation is needed from airport to sanctuary.You can plan your journey of public transport on www.rejseplanen.dk.Bus stop closest to Nari: Bøgebjergvej (Klintevej). Nari Sanctuary is a 15 minute walk from the bus stop – approximately 1 km.

Animals at Nari Sanctuary

Animals live at Nari Sanctuary, please prepare for any expected allergic reactions prior to arrival. The animals are cats, dogs and cows. Feeding the animals during your stay is strictly prohibited unless in company of and okay’ed by Pema.

Care & Conditions

For this women’s retreat; care-taker house, courtyard and bon-fire garden is available.

Rooms are extended to one-another in this house and care is taken towards all participants in moving in and using the space.

Any conditions effecting mutual co-existence (such as snoring or other) must be informed of in advance of booking on e-mail. If two people with similar conditions of snoring f.i. sign for the retreat, we will offer participation in double-room. Please contact us for resolution.

Food at Retreats

Staying at Nari is a movement into the fully integrated and sacred flow of Life with pleasure in care, creation and enjoyment. All participants offer their love and care to the group and mutual space – in taking care together. It holds Real Value.

The food at retreats (lunch & dinner only) is made according to a preplanned meal-plan, groceries bought before-hand, and with co-cooking and cleaning in rotation. All thereby take some shifts in the kitchen. Breakfast foods are brought in addition by participants and storage-space offered, for your self-service.

The food is kept mainly organic, healthy and delicious yet simple and easy to cook. The food-expense is shared between all participants on the day of departure and is usually app. 150 DKK/day. 

Our experience with the self-catering is, that it works super well as Care is ignited in everyone taking part, which affects the mutual space overall.

Remaining Payment of Exchange

Payment of remaining exchange for retreats takes place at arrival. All necessary information regarding packing and other practicals, will be available in an e-mail sent out 1 week before the retreat. Please look out for the -email. It will arrive from the mail-address; info@pemasalem.com.

Extra days at Nari Sanctuary

It is possible to stay extra days connected with the retreat at Nari Sanctuary – before or after the retreat. Price for staying (up to 3 days on either side – exchange additional to price of retreat) is 300 DKK pr night.

Food is self-organised in extra days, with self-cooking in communal kitchen. Shopping is possible close by and kitchen and bath is available during your stay. Booking of extra days at Nari is done separately and in advance of arrival, by writing us on e-mail: info@pemasalem.com.
