Whole Woman Immersion – 3 days (women only)
Over three days women meet in Grace, to delve into Her, exploring the landscape of inner Wholeness through Satsang, Silence and movement; easing into the nourishment of our Essence in a space to be, play and deepen in All that We Are. Â
In conversation and reflection we delve into personal topics, touch the tender spaces and widen in feeling – awakening with healing, clarity and integration where our Life needs the Touch of Care – intimate relating, parenthood, motherhood, sexuality, confusion & suffering. Revealing inside, through Satsang and embodiment, our resting place in Truth, into deeper relaxation, embodiment and trust in existence as it lives us.
Stabilising Presence – 2 days (all genders)
Over the final two days, new-comers are invited to join. To delve into the now wide-open space of the Feminine – widened from the last days of women diving – for you to heal in the Valley of She, bringing your questions about life, self and relating. To cultivate a clear and connected sense of the vital, living Self as it comes to unmask and explore authentic being and belonging in a field of Presence, Essence and Nurture. The preceding three days offer newcomers a catalysing, kind and gentle field.
To all who gather with their courageous intent to open, to share their unguarded being; bear witness the potent acceleration of the authentic Self. Not just for themselves, but to all who meet. This work, a loving blueprint, for all relationships and group dynamics where belonging and mutual support may appear as dissonance, challenge, and tests while exploring embodiment and actualisation .

Wholesome vegetarian meals with gluten- and dairyfree options is included, and served at meal-times on each of the days of the retreat.

There is not public transportation directly to the venue. Instead we offer you the possibility of coordinating with other attendees via ta dedicated WhatsApp group.

🌿 Conditions & Disclaimer
All participants hold full responsibility for taking care during any openings occurring during the retreat, in a way as to respect the environment, group and own well-being.
Pema does not receive people with current conditions of mental illness, in retreat. Neither does she work with people in continued use of substances like alcohol, drugs or similar (conscious work with medicinal plants not included). Use of any such during retreats is cause of suspension without refund.
You acknowledge, that Pema Salem has no control over, and no duty to take action in regards to, what effects the energy may have on you, how you may interpret or use the contents or what actions you may take, as result of having engaged with the teachings.
